As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I am passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and relationships. I approach therapy with an understanding of the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek support, and I consider it a privilege to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore what matters most to them and move toward meaningful growth and connection.

My work is grounded in helping clients identify their values, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. I enjoy working with clients facing anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relational stress, and I strive to offer an environment that feels calm, respectful, and encouraging as clients work toward their goals.

I received my graduate training from the University of Alabama, earning a Master’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biblical Studies from Samford University. I currently practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate under the supervision of Roy Martin, LMFT-S, JD.

A Birmingham native, I am a wife and mother who values family, community, and time outdoors. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy a good cup of coffee and staying active, often running—preferably alongside a creek.
